Raț (Shakhtar Donetsk - injuried), Iencsi (Spartak Moskva - injuried),
Chivu (AS Roma - injuried), Rădoi (Steaua București - injuried), Pancu
(Beșiktaș Istanbul - suspended/injuried), Codrea (FC Bologna - injuried),
Șoavă (Spartak Moskva - retired from national team), Fl.Petre (Dinamo
București - injuried), Zicu (AC Parma - suspended by Romanian FA), Mutu
(former player of FC Chelsea, suspended 7 months), Ganea (Wolverhampton
Wanderers - injuried), M.Niculae (Sporting Lisboa - injuried), Dănciulescu
- (Dinamo București - injuried).
Former internationals, Cosmin Contra (West Bromwich Albion) and Adrian
Ilie (FC Zürich) aren't anymore in the plans of Iordănescu, and Tiberiu
Ghioane (Dinamo Kyiv) doesn't want to come anymore at national team when
coach is Iordănescu.
