PCA Constanța retired before the end of first part.

FC Craiova retired and was replaced by CFR Caransebeș, and Ripensia UTM Timișoara retired after 6 matches and its situation was taken by U.M. Cugir.


In February 1949 it was announced the shutting of Divizia C, one of the causes being useless drawing out of players from production before weekends, and another was the scandals from some matches, things which spent in the whole existEnce of Divizia C. The teams returned in district championships, some of them succeeding promotion in Divizia B.
