* 2nd leg abandoned at 1-0 to FC Paris Saint-Germain in 113' due to light failure in the București district Giulești where the match was played. UEFA officials at the match ruled the 2nd leg should be replayed 26 September but FC Paris Saint-Germain refused. On 27 September UEFA awarded the 2nd leg 3-0 to FC Paris Saint-Germain on the grounds that Rapid had no emergency aggregate available in the stadium, contrary to regulations.

FC Paris Saint-Germain won 3-0 on aggregate and reached the third round of the competition
