Appeal Commission of Romanian FA decided that Oțelul Galați to lose with 0-3 the match from round 23, Oțelul Galați vs. FC Vaslui, even the final score was 1-1. Oțelul used in that match two suspended players, Janos Szekely and Gabriel Paraschiv, but the club made appeal and the case wasn't judged yet till the day of the match. So, Oțelul used the two players, but FC Vaslui contested and just now the case was judged. After this decision, the team which will represent Romania in Intertoto is FC Vaslui.
